PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION

Water Inlet hose is bentor kinked
Ensure inlet hose isconnected to the unit and
isnot kinked or bent
Inlet Stop Valve is turned “OFF”
Turn the ball valve switch “ON”
Water supply is not connected Connect water supply andwait for water to
come
Poor Water Pressure
Water Inlet hose is bentor

Ensure inlet hose is directlyconnected to
the unit and isnot kinked or bent
Ball valve switch is notfully open
Turn the ball valve switch “ON”
Inlet filter is blocked Remove and clean the Filteras outlined in the
section “FilterMaintenance”
High or LowWater Temperature
The water temperatureis set too
high or too low
If the Water temperature is tooHot or too Cold
adjust thetemperature on the RemoteControl
High or LowSeat
Temperature
The seat temperature is set too
high or too low.
If the Seat temperature is tooHot or too Cold
adjust thetemperature on the RemoteControl
The unit is in Standby Mode Switch to Operating Mode andallow about 3
minutes for theseat to warm up
High or LowDrying
Temperature
The dryer temperatureis set too
high or too low.
If the Dryer temperature is tooHot or too Cold
adjust thetemperature on the RemoteControl
Dryer is notblowing
The unit is in Standby modeor
power saving mode
Switch to operating mode touse dryer function
Nozzle rodcannot retract
There is no power to unit
Manual retract nozzle rod gently. Wait for
power.
The Nozzle rod is clogged
Clean out the Nozzle asoutlined in the “Nozzle
Maintenance”section.
Nozzle rodcannot extend
There is no power to unit
Wait for power.
User is not within the sensingarea
of the seat
Adjust position on seat toactivate the sensor.
Remote controlis
not working
The batteries in the remotehave
been installed in the wrongdirec
-tion orThe batteries in the remote
areold and cannot supply enough
-power
Reinstall the batteries in thecorrect direction.
Replace the batteries.
Malfunctionof deodorization
User is not within the sensing area
of the seat
Adjust position on seat toactivate the sensor
Deodorization functioncontinues
after user leaves
It is normal for the DeodorizingFunction to
continue operatingafter the user leaves the
seat. This ensures complete removal of odors.
Attention
If the problems cannot be solved by above methods, please turn off the
power and contact service provider for maintenance.
If the leakage circuit breaker often trips off, it means the unit has electricity
leakage, please turn off the power and contact service provider for
maintenance.
