In Windows Me/
2000/XP
Performing a quick
format
1. Turn your player off.
2. Connect your player to your computer.
3. In Windows, click
Start -> All Programs -
> Creative -> TravelSound MP3 ->
TravelSound MP3 Media Format .
The TravelSound MP3 Media Format
dialog box appears.
4. Select the drive (your SmartMedia Memory
card) to format.
5. Click the Start button to perform the quick
format.
Performing a full
format
1. Turn your player off.
2. Connect your player to your computer.
3. Press and hold the
Play/Pause button.
4. While holding down the Play/Pause button, turn your player on.
5. Continue holding down the Play/Pause button for another 5 seconds.
Release the Play/Pause button.
