• Once the roof, roof supports, ridge cap and swing beam
are installed, proceed with the Skybox tower.
• Skybox step 2. Alter the Lex sandbox end and the skybox
sandbox sides as shown on page 5 of the skybox Play
Floor instructions found in
SC904-800Q.
• Skybox step 11. Use the front posts from The Skybox Roof
(SJ926-810) in place of the post extensions.
• Skybox Step 17. Wait to install the wall slats until after
installing the bubble and slides.
• Skybox Step 21 & 22. Install the slats in reverse orienta-
tion so the opening is on the opposite side. Install the lad-
der aligned with the opening.
• Install the Skybox Wood Roof (SJ926-810).
• Install the Skybox Play Floor (SC904-800Q) using the
method found in the Skybox Play Floor instructions on
Page 6. Some parts of the Skybox Play Floor will be cut
to fit. Do not install the platform boards until the after the
Lexington play floor stringers are installed.
• Install the Lexington Play Floor (SC910-800Q) and com-
plete the skybox play floor.
• Install the Clubhouse Panels (40456-402, 40459-402, &
40460-402), using the instructions and hardwarre atached
to the Door Panel.
• Install the Gable Fans (SM964-402).
• Using a ladder, install the Dormers (SM963-402) in the
positions shown on the front page of this guide. Ladder
access will be obstructed by later installations.
• Install the Ice Cream Stand (63081-102).
• Mount the 14ft Swoosh Slide (15140-400) to the front of
the Skybox using the instructions from 50398-700.
• Install the Bubble Panel (AP970-104) above the Ice Cream
Stand.
• Install the Spiral Slide using the instructions in 63033-102.
If the lower support bracket can be mounted to the adja-
cent gym corner post, do it. Otherwise use the included
support rail.
• The Rock Climber (AH201-102Q) on the back of the tower.
• Lean the Access Ladder, Wave Slide, and Ramp as shown
on the first page of this guide. Check spacing.
• Secure the access ladder using the method shown in step
17 of the Lexington instructions.
• Fasten Access Ladder Handles (AG942-400) to the ac-
cess aadder.
• Secure the ramp.
• Install the slide mount and slide using the method shown
in steps 23 and 24 of the Lexington instructions.
• Install wall slats in the postions shown in images, using
the methods from the Lexington and Skybox instructions.
Gaps must be narrower than 3-1/2" or wider than 9" to
prevent potential head entrapment.
• Mount the hand grips to the entrance wall slats.
• Mount the Slide Handles (AG943-400) above the wave
and swoosh slides.
• Install the flower box and shutters from the Window Pack
(63073-101) on the window panel below the skybox.
• Double-check all fasteners are secure and all recessed
hardware is covered by hole caps.
