ETTING STARTED
:
FITTING IN THE BATTERIES
1. Lift the battery door.
2. Install 4 AA size 1.5 volt alkaline batteries (not included).
All 4 batteries
should be
new
when you first use your timer as well as every time you replace them.
Rechargeable batteries are not recommended.
3. Slide the battery door back on.

ETTING THE TIMER
The Mindfulness Timer offers two different types of setting: one to signal the
beginning and the end of the session by 3 chimes of the gong; and the other to hear 1
chime of the gong at regular intervals throughout the session (optional).
1. Turn the setting cursor to face the selected time interval (inner marking from 0 to 2,
3, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 minutes - N.B.:
0
means
no
chime during the course of the
session). Validate by pressing the ON/OFF button. A green light is on.
2. Turn the setting cursor to face the selected total duration of the session (outer
marking from 20 to 25, 30, 40, 45, 50, 60 and 90 minutes). Then validate by pressing
the ON/OFF button the light turns red.
3. Set the volume level on low

Fifteen seconds later you will hear three chimes of the gong. At the end of the selected
time, you will also hear three chimes, but preceded by several lighter, softer ones. A
few seconds later the working light will automatically switch off.
To switch off the timer at any moment, just press the ON/OFF button.

ECALL OF THE LATEST SETTING
Press the ON/OFF button
the green light appears. Press it again
right away
the
light turns to red. Thus the previously recorded data are validated. Fifteen seconds
later, the first chime of the gong will be heard.
