measure B,pulling s/n 71 in the direction indicated.A-B=C.
The space C should between 0.3~0.5mm.If too big,fix some s/n 87
washers.If too small,take out some s/n 87 washers.
Fix some s/n 110 washers to make some
distance between s/n 71 and s/n 28.
The s/n 71 should be rotating smoothly.
