To put the chest strap on:
1. To ensure proper contact with the skin, wet the
gummed surface of the chest strap

amount of warm water or apply a small amount of
ECG gel (available in special medical stores)

2. Use the snap fasteners to connect the transmitter
unit

3. Adjust the chest strap so that it is fitted firmly on the
