Solution
The heart-rate
monitor does
not transmit the
correct heart-
rate to the Crane
Connect app.
− Check whether the connec-
tion is disrupted by strong
magnetic fields in the vicinity
(e.g. electric welding equip-
ment, transformers, robotic
lawn mowers).
− Check whether the battery is
too low or empty.
− Check whether the strap has
been put on properly and
moistened adequately.
