The Motion-Sensing Light  feature

The backup battery holster is equipped with a motion 
detection sensor.  The sensor will turn on the LED courtesy 
light when ambient light is low and motion is detected.  The 
light will remain on for several minutes.

During a power outage, the LED courtesy light will turn on 
automatically upon door operation or when ambient light is
