Fault Cause Remedy
Machine will not
start - No electrical power
- Motor overheats
- Electrical defect
- Check power cord, plug, electric outlet or breaker
- Allow motor to cool down and switch on again with
ON/OFF switch
- Have machine repaired by authorized service
Machine does not
come up to
pressure - Pump is sucking air
- Strainer is blocked
- Pump not bled to remove air
- Pump or relief valve defective
- Check garden hose and water connection,
turn on water supply
- Clean strainer
- Switch OFF machine, press trigger of gun,
switch ON machine while pressing trigger;
repeat if necessary
- Have machine repaired by authorized service
Water jet irregular - Nozzle clogged
- Water supply inadequate
- Safety valve incorrectly set
- Clean nozzle
- Check to see that water supply is on full force or
use stationary water source.
- Have machine repaired by authorized service
No intake of
detergent - Nozzle in improper position
- Suction filter clogged
- Nozzle clogged - Set nozzle to low pressure position
- Clean filter in suction nozzle
- Clean nozzle
