ASSEMBLY
Follow the instructions below to assemble
your CX404.
Place the base unit upside down and install
the swivel casters to the base unit using
screws and washers provided. See figure-3.

Place the base unit upright and attach the
impeller support to the base by aligning the
four holes on the impeller support with the
four holes on the base unit. Secure it using
screws and washers provided as shown in
figure-4.

Place the motor and impeller assembly on
the impeller support making sure that the
square flange on the impeller is facing the
rounded end of the base unit. Secure the
motor and impeller assembly using nuts,
washers and bolts provided. See figure-5.

Place the gasket on the impeller flange in
figure-6.

Attach the collector ring to the motor
impeller assembly as shown in figure-7 and
secure it using six hex bolts provided.
