IMMEDIATELY

damage

and

 

during

 

unloading.

 

The

 

freight

 

carrier

 

has

 

assumed

 

responsibility

 

for

 

its

 

safe

 

transit

 

and

 

delivery.

either

 

apparent

concealed,

claim
