POSITION DESCRIPTION FUNCTION
Instant button Jogs the bowl to help the dough extraction.
Two position selector When turned to the left : the manual operation
cycle is enabled.
When turned to the right : the automatic
operation cycle is enabled.
Three position selector Left position: clockwise bowl rotation
Middle position: no bowl rotation
Right position: anticlockwise bowl rotation
Red mushroom button on
a yellow background Emergency button. When pressed it stops the
machine completely by cutting off the voltage
from the electric circuits.
Button I When pressed the spiral rotates at 1
st
speed and
the bowl rotates at chosen direction
Button II When pressed the spiral rotates at 2nd speed and
the bowl rotates only anticlockwise
Timer Controls time of 1st speed
Timer Controls time of 2nd speed
