NOT USE THIS CHILD SEAT ON A PASSENGER SEAT FITTED
WITH A FRONTAL AIRBAG.
Forward Facing Group 1
(9kg to 18kg / approx 9 months to 4years)
Firstly, you will need to make sure the ISOFIX latches are pull out and ready for
use (2), then place the car seat onto the vehicle seat facing in the direction of
travel .
Align the ISOFIX attachment points with the ISOFIX latches in the vehicle seat
(3), and push the ISOFIX points into the ISOFIX latches until you hear a “click”.
When the ISOFIX points are correctly attached, the ISOFIX connection indicators
(P) will turn green (4) if the indicators remain red you must release and re-
connect the ISOFIX points, to do this see section “Removing the Car Seat from
ISOFIX”.
IMPORTANT!
Always use the top tether when the car seat base is fitted into the
vehicle using the ISOFIX points. Your vehicle is equipped with one of the three
Top Tether metal anchor points, they will be:
on the rear shelf
on the floor in the rear of the vehicle
on the back of the vehicle seat
Please observe the recommendations of your vehicle manual. Do not modify
your vehicle by drilling or bolting something in. Never fasten the top tether to
a location which has not been recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. If
the top tether comes loose in a crash, there is a danger of injury to the vehicle
passengers.
