Distinctive Dial Tone alerts you of messages:
When unplayed messages are present in your mailbox, your home
phone will feature a distinctive stutter dial tone, which alerts you to
new messages.
Quick access to your Mailbox:
1.
Inside Your Home
1.
Dial your 10-digit Cox Digital Telephone number.
2.
When prompted, enter your password.

Outside Your Home
1.
Dial your 10-digit home telephone number. If dialing from
outside your local calling area, you must first dial + your
area code.
2.
When your greeting begins to play, interrupt by pressing
and enter your password.
Checking Messages:
1.
To play messages, start at the Main Menu and press .
2.
To save a message, press .
3.
To delete a message, press .
Data and Time Playback:
You can hear the date and time that each message is left in
your mailbox. A message’s Envelope tells you who sent the
message and the time and the date it was sent. To retrieve
Envelope information, press during or after listening to
a message. If you would like to have this information provided
to you as part of every message, use the Personal Options Menu
to turn on date and time playback.
