Users might improperly operate the product due to their unfamiliarity with how to use the
product. Check the following items to resolve such issues. If issues cannot be resolved using
these procedures, please contact a service center.

feed water supply valve closed?
Open the feed water supply valve.

Replace the filters.

The purified water faucet seems out of
order.
Call the service center.
Low volume of

Is it time to replace the filters?
Replace the filters.

Did you close the tap water supply
valve?
Open the tap water supply valve.
•
Has the temperature of feed water
suddenly dropped?
If the temperature of feed water
decreases, the amount of filtered water
decreases.
Water leakage has
occurred.
•
Does the water flows out of the inner
water tank cover or inside of the
product?
Open the front cover and check for the
leakage. Close the feed water supply
valve. Then call the service center.
