recommends
the
customer

shipped

and

unsuccessful,
to
obtain

under

warranty,
the
customer
must
notify
Covert
Telephone
Support
or
Covert
Support
e
‐
mail,
of
the
defect
before
the
expiration
of
the
warranty
period.
Customers
will
provide
appropriate
assistance
to
Telephone
Support
personnel
to
resolve
issues
