service
identified

invoiced

for
parts,
labor,

shipping.

WARRANTIES

GIVEN
BY
COVERT
WITH
RESPECT
TO
THIS
PRODUCT
AND
ITS
RELATED
ITEMS
IN
LIEU
OF
ANY
OTHER
WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS
OR
IMPLIED.
COVERT

ITS
VENDORS
DISCLAIM

IMPLIED
WARRANTIES

MERCHANTABILITY

COVERT’S
RESPONSIBILITY
TO
REPAIR

REPLACE,

DEFECTIVE
PRODUCTS

RELATED
ITEMS
IS
SOLE
AND
EXCLUSIVE
REMEDY
PROVIDED
TO
THE
CUSTOMER
FOR
BREACH
OF
THESE
WARRANTIES.

incidental

consequential
damages

warranties
or
