Step 14:
Hook the suspension springs (#15) into the top of 
both holes in the swing arm tubes (#14). Repeat the 
same procedure for both sides. See Fig. G.

Step 15: 
Hang the other ends of the suspension springs 
(#15) into the holes located in the angled brace on 
the top cross beam w/adjustable teeth (#1). Repeat 
the same procedure for both sides. 
See Fig. H – Step 1 and Step 2.

Step 16: 
Tighten the bolts on the seat assemblies (#8 and 
#9). To assure stability, double check that all of the
bolts have been completely tightened and cover
them with bolt caps (#28 and #29) and plastic caps
(#30).

Warning: 
Make sure that both ends of the suspension 
springs (#15) go completely through the holes in 
the angled braces on the top cross beam 
w/adjustable teeth (#1) and the swing arm tubes 
(#14).
