ATTENTION:
Make sure that each bolt needed for all steps match
the corresponding figure to ensure proper assembly.
STEP 1:
Insert the right and left arms (#1 and #2) into the cross
braces (#3) on both sides. Fasten them together by
using bolts (#7), washers (#11), and plastic nuts (#12).
Keep the bolts loose. See Figure 1.
