The suspension on your Cotic

 bike is designed to work at it’s best when the suspension ‘sags’ with the rider 

on board the bike. 'Sag' is the amount the shock compresses with a rider on board. The suspension works at its best 
when set with between 25% and 30% of the available travel as sag.
