Tap Hole
1. Mark off where the tap hole should be on the work piece.
2. Drill a row with overlapping holes (A).
3. Push the drill forward and backwards between the holes (B).
4. Use fairly high revolution approximately 2000–2500 rpm.
Ducts
Drilling of cable ducts:
1. Mark off where the duct should be on the work piece.
2. Make sure that the cutting drill’s tip touches the work piece a little bit from
the edge (C) so that the cutting drill is steered by the tip when boring.
3. Bore with revolutions approximately 500–1500 rpm. Be careful that the tip does
not come outside of the work piece.
