Step 2: Unfold rack. Place vertical tube in 90° position, then lock levers on
both sides.

Step 3: Place rack on cross-bar. Make sure rack end doesn’t hang over end of
cross-bar. Attach racks with hardware: Insert two bolts through base pad. Attach
metal plate, washer and then knob. Tighten knobs on each bolt to secure rack.
Step 4: Position strap on upper section on each rack.
Step 5: Repeat Steps 1-4 for second rack.
Step 6: Load and center the kayak on the racks. Wind the strap end from above
the kayak to the front and place the buckle close to the kayak.
