ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT, RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE: READ CAREFULLY

CAUTION: ALWAYS UNPLUG BEFORE ASSEMBLING OR CHANGING THE
BULB OR CLEANING.

SUGGEST 2 PEOPLE TO ASSEMBLE

1. Gently screw tube (B) onto base (A).

2. Gently screw tube (C) onto tube (B).

3. Gently screw tube (D) onto tube (C).

4. Gently screw tube (E) onto tube (D).

5. Remove socket ring (H) from lamp holder (F).

(Repeat two more times.)

6. Place shade (G) onto lamp holder (F).

(Repeat two more times.)

7. Tighten socket ring (H) onto lamp holder (F).

(Repeat two more times.)
