1.1. Insert the Base Cover (I) into the bottom post, connect the Base Plate (H) to the Post (A) with
Bolt (AA), as seen in Fig 1;
1.2. Insert the Post Cover (A1) from the top of the post, as seen in Fig 2;
1.3. Connect the Top Cover (B) to the Post (A) with Bolt (AA), as seen in Fig 3.
