workers and in accordance to
applying regulations!
•
The unpacked fan has to be
checked for transport dama-
ges. Damaged fans must not
be installed!
•
In hazardous areas connect
components to a voltage
equalizing system!
•
Prevent falling objects and
foreign matter from entering
inlet and outlet opening of
the fan. The protection gua-
rds must be certified to EN
12100 or DIN EN ISO 13857 or
VDMA 24167
The following applies for all
fans:
•
Do not tight the fans!
•
Insert cable according to
rules in junction box and seal
it (possibly “Water bag”).
•
Warping and shifting must
not result in knocking or
grinding of moving parts =>
check for free running after
assembling on the wall or
roof or before assembling on
a tube and before electrical
wiring!
•
Electric wiring must be in
accordance with technical
connection regulations and
local ordinances and national
electric codes as per en-
closed wiring diagram in the
terminal box or on the
casing.
•
Do not apply force => (le-
vering, bending).
•
Connection like in the circuit
diagram (stick of the fan
housing).
•
Fastening at all fastening
spots with suitable means of
mounting (Figure Page 17).
•
Connect the equipotential
bonding system properly!
The canal system must not
lean on the fan housing!
Padded clamps reduce noise
transmission extremely!
For outside use mount weat-
her protection guard and fix
on side!
