SLIDING PULLEY - MAINTENANCE

Recommended inspections

The cam shoes must be replaced if they show wear of up to approximately

1 mm before making contact with the aluminium flange.

After you remove the screws with a Torx No. 20 screwdriver, the cam

shoes can be removed with a flat-ended screwdriver.

Assemble the friction bushing

with the help of a hammer

WARNING

TAP THE FRICTION BUSHINGS GENTLY (4) SO

AS NOT TO DAMAGE THEM.

ALWAYS CHANGE THE THREE FRICTION BUSHINGS (4)

AT THE SAME TIME.

APPLY A FASTENING TORQUE OF 2.5 TO 4.5 NM.
