Now you can Set a schedule. Schedules 
are in 15 minute blocks. 

When you set a schedule the plug will 
be on during that period.
Select a 15 minute block when you want 
the plug to be on.

Click on Save in the upper right hand 
side of  the screen. 
You will be prompted with this dialog 
box. Click on OK to continue
