Shutdown
NOTICE!
The following describes how the operator or user can temporarily shut
down the unit (< 24 hours).
If the unit has to be shut down for a longer period (> 24 hours), this may
only be carried out by an expert, see chapter 1.3.3, as the unit has to be
cleaned and drained.
1. Close the CO
2
bottle valve; see documentation on the CO
2
system.
2. Close the CO
2
shut off valves; see documentation on the CO
2
system.
3. Close the valve of the water supply; see documentation on the water system.
4. Turn the compressor switch (Fig. 7/1) to position “0”.
5. Turn the circulation pump switch (Fig. 7/2) to position “0”.
6. Turn the carbonator pump switch (Fig. 7/3) to position “0”.

7. Pull the mains plug out of the earthed socket.
