In the second step, the tubes will be rinsed with a disinfectant solution.

Fill the cleaning container with the disinfectant solution.

Vent the undercounter cooler’s carbonator tank; see the document

Select the three required products by pressing the relevant option.
Cleaning starts with the first tube being rinsed with disinfectant solution for 3 minutes.
10. Rinse all tubes one after the other with disinfectant solution by selecting the products one
after the other.
You can only continue to the next step if and when all tubes have been rinsed with the
disinfectant solution.
The tubes need to remain exposed to the disinfectant solution for a certain amount of
time.
Exposure time must be no less than 15 minutes.
In the third step, the tubes will be rinsed with clear water.
11. Fill the cleaning container with clear water.
12. Select the three required products by pressing the relevant option.
Cleaning starts with the first tube being rinsed with water for 3 minutes.
13. Rinse all tubes one after the other with water by selecting the products one after the
other.
Rinse the water line for carbonated water the relevant length of time for the size of the
carbonator tank.
You can only continue to the next step if and when all tubes have been rinsed with water.
14. Continue filling the basic ingredient/beverage tubes (
) or shutting down
the unit (
In the fourth step, the basic ingredient/beverage tubes will be filled.
15. Disconnect all basic ingredient/beverage tubes of the undercounter cooler from the
cleaning container.
16. Connect all basic ingredient/beverage tubes to the undercounter cooler; see the docu-
ment
“Undercounter cooler installation and service manual”
.
17. Return to the service menu by pressing the “Exit” button.
