To Use the Peeler

• Make sure produce is dry before  
you begin the peeling process.
• We recommend placing the item to be 
peeled on a cutting board. Hold the unit 
with one hand and peeler in the other.
• Carefully hold the item you are  
peeling by the top while slowly shaving 
in a downward and then upward  
motion. Excessive speed can lead to 
accidental injury.
• Use the built-in garnishing features  
on the Julienne Tool to create garnishes. 
• The built-in garnishing features can  
also be used to remove imperfections  
on produce.

WARNING

• Use extreme caution when using this product as the blades  
are very sharp.
• To avoid personal injury, never handle the peeler by the blade.
• When using the slicing board, make sure to leave the top on  
the produce you are slicing. This acts as a buffer to your fingers.
