For recording video or joining a meeting:
A higher camera position can offer a more
flattering angle for the presenter. Test
multiple positions to find the appropriate
position for your needs.
Ergonomic viewing:
In order to reduce the amount of strain on
your neck, position your laptop at a similar
height as your monitor. This will reduce the
amount of downward staring.
