Risk of Fire, Electrical Shock- Retrofit kit installation requires knowledge of lighting luminaires’ electrical 

systems. If not qualified, do not attempt installation. Contact a qualified electrician.

Risk of Fire or Electric Shock- Disconnect all power before installing retrofit kit.

Risk of Fire and Electric Shock- Luminaire’s wiring, ballast, or other electrical parts may be damaged during 

installation of retrofit kit hardware. Check for enclosed wiring and components.

Risk of Fire or Electric Shock- Install this kit only in luminaires that have the construction features and 

dimensions shown in the photographs and/or drawings and where the input rating of the retrofit kit does not 

exceed the input rating of the luminaire.
Risk of Burn- Disconnect power and allow fixture to cool before handling or servicing.

Risk of Personal Injury- Due to sharp edges, handle with care.

Only those open holes indicated in the photographs and/or drawings may be made or altered as a result of kit 

installation. Do not leave any other open holes in enclosure of wiring or electrical components.

To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or any sharp objects.
Failure to comply with these instructions may result in death, serious bodily injury and property damage.

CAUTION:

 Retrofit kit is used for 2’x4’ or 2’x2’ luminaires with min. housing depth of 3” (measured from inside top of 

housing to T-grid).  

IMPORTANT:

 Read carefully before installing fixture. Retain for future reference.

 Fixture may become damaged and/or unstable if not installed properly.

ATTENTION Receiving Department:

 Note actual fixture description of any shortage or noticeable damage on delivery 

receipt. File claim for common carrier (LTL) directly with carrier. Claims for concealed damage must be filed within 15 days 

of delivery. All damaged material, complete with original packing must be retained.
