Installation Instructions – ClearCurve Wall

WALL MOUNT (AC POWER THROUGH THE 

SIDE OF THE FIXTURE (C1 OR C2 OPTION))

Tools Required: 

#2 Phillips head screwdriver, 1/8” Hex 

allen wrench, torque wrench, tool for screw mounting 

hardware (by other), tools for outdoor rated conduit (by 

other).
1.  When mounting the fixture with AC power through 

the side of the fixture, the fixture mounting process 

is different. Fixtures ordered with the C1 or C2 option 

will not have wires exiting the back of the fixture. The 

fixture power connection wires are inside the housing. 

Remove the fixture from the carton and place it on a

5.  Lift the fixture and remove balled end cable from slot 

in wedge plate. Feed the power wires and connections 

into the junction box. Set the fixture on the wedge 

plate. Ensure that the luminaire supply leads are not 

pinched between the wedge plate and the housing. 

6.  Tighten the two set screws on the fixture to 20 in-lbs. 

(Figure 5).

non-scratching surface. Open the fixture by loosening 

the eight flat head phillips screws located on the door 

(Figure 7).

2.  Separate the door assembly from the top housing by 

un-plugging the wire connection and unlatching the two 

balled end cables. Store the door assembly in a safe 

and dry location.

3.  Remove the wedge plate from the back of the top 

housing assembly by loosening the two set screws on 

the fixture (Figure 1). 

4.  Attach the wedge plate to the wall surface (Figure 2). 

The wedge plate must be mounted with hardware able 

to support a fixture weight of up to 50 lbs.
