Frequently Asked Questions
What can I keep in my Cooluli?
Anything you wish to keep warm or cold!
For warming, our customers love to keep their hot lunches and soups warm; and to warm
washcloths. Coolulis are best when already-warm items are put into it. Using a Cooluli to
warm a completely cold item can take several hours.
For cooling, our customers often store breast milk, beauty and skincare products, cold drinks,
sandwiches, medicine, and more!
Does this cooler/warmer have a lock?
The 4-, 15- and 20-liter models feature a tight-fitting, magnetic seal that secures and
protects contents; 10-liter models have a secure-lock door handle that is easy to open and
close.
What is the energy consumption of my Cooluli cooler/warmer unit?
Please refer to page 2 for energy consumption information.
What kind of AC power outlet do I plug my Cooluli into?
Our units ONLY work on 110-120V, in compliance with North American standards. Plugging in
your Cooluli beyond that voltage specification will burn out the AC port and void your
warranty.
