What Makes CoolMate Great?

CoolMate’s  secret is its patented

 “Nano-Mist Generator” misting

head with hundreds of tiny holes

 controlled by a micro-chip.

It creates a microscopic mist so ultra-fine it evaporates almost immediately
once in contact with the breeze of the fan. Common, old-fashioned misting
fans use just one single nozzle-hole that squirts out streams of water,
usually ending up as puddles on your floor – CoolMate misting heads are
dripless making the fans suitable for indoor use.

If your fan is not creating mist, it may be for
one of the following reasons:

A

WATER LEVEL TOO LOW or TANK IS EMPTY

SOLUTION:

 Refill fan’s

internal water tank and re-push HI or LOW mist setting. DO NOT over fill.

B

 AIR LOCK

SOLUTION:

If fan previously ran out of water before the

misting function was turned OFF, an air lock may have formed in the system.
To remedy, gently but firmly shake the fan to unblock the water passages.

C

Mineral deposit on Nano-Mist Generator misting head

SOLUTION:

Gently swab misting head with ONLY cotton tip swab dipped in commercial
cleaning solution noted for removing mineral deposits (such as CLR) or plain
white vinegar. Repeat gentle swabbing several times for thorough cleaning.

NOTE:

Misting function will automatically shut OFF after 4 hours use to

protect mist head should the fan run out of water.

D

If using Cup Holder, fan may operate but will NOT mist if base’s charge

level is too low.

SOLUTION:

Recharge Cup Holder.
