Inspect Chamber Seal
Introduction
The gasket between the upper and lower chambers must provide a tight seal for
optimal reflow operation. Inspect the seal monthly — approximately every 170
hours of operation — to ensure that the gasket provides a continuous seal.
Procedure
Close the chamber on the Bravo™ 8105. Visually inspect the seal to ensure that
there is a continuous seal around the perimeter of the chamber. Refer to
Figure 5–4. It should be free of voids or indentations and thoroughly affixed to
the machine surface.
