Rotisserie Skewers Recipes
Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
Ingredients
¨
½ cup olive oil
¨
½ cup ranch dressing
¨
3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
¨
1 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary, minced
¨
2 tsp. Salt
¨
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
¨
1 tsp. White Vinegar
¨
¼ tsp. Black Pepper
¨
1 tbsp. White Sugar, optional
¨
5 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Halves, cut into 1 inch cubes
Directions
¨
In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients except the chicken breast pieces. Let
stand for 5 minutes.
¨
Place chicken pieces inside the marinade bowl and stir to coat the chicken pieces.
¨
Cover and refrigerate the newly mixed pieces for 30 minutes.
¨
Carefully place chicken pieces onto the rotisserie skewers and place inside your Cook
Station and set to medium heat.
¨
Cook for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center. Enjoy!
Shrimp Kabobs
Ingredients
¨
2 Red Potatoes, cooked and cut into 1” quarters
¨
16 small Shrimp, peeled and deveined
¨
1 large Onion, cut into 1” large pieces
¨
1 large Tomato, cut into 1” large pieces
¨
¼ cup Olive Oil
¨
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
¨
Carefully place shrimp, tomato, onion and potato onto the Rotisserie Skewers,
rotating ingredients as desired.
¨
Coat finished Rotisserie Skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
¨
Cook on Kabob setting, Medium temperature setting for 10-15 minutes or until
shrimp are bright pink and no longer transparent in the center. Enjoy!
WI Brats
Ingredients
¨
¼ cup Butter
¨
3 Medium Onions, thinly sliced
¨
3 Garlic Cloves, chopped
¨
4 (12 oz) bottles of Dark Beer
¨
2 lbs. Fresh Bratwurst
¨
Hot Dog Buns
Directions
¨
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in sliced onions for 5-10 minutes.
¨
Add chopped garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
¨
Add beer to skillet and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
¨
Carefully place each bratwurst on its own Rotisserie Skewer. Place into your Cook
Station on the Kabob setting on medium heat.
¨
Cook brats for 15-20 minutes.
¨
Place brats into skillet mixture and simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes. Serve
with onions on the hot dog buns. Enjoy!
Lemon Garlic Vegetable
Ingredients
¨
4lbs. Assorted Seasonal Vegetables, cut into 1” cubes
¨
¼ cup Olive Oil
¨
1 Lemon, juiced
¨
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
¨
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
¨
Thread the vegetable onto the Rotisserie Skewers.
¨
Whisk together the remaining ingredients and brush onto skewers.
¨
Cook on Medium for 15 minutes.
¨
Remove and drizzle with remaining marinade. Enjoy!
