Troubleshooting

The following circumstances may not be a problem. Do not contact the 

customer services until the problem has been confirmed. 

If your appliance is still not functioning properly after making the checks 

below, please contact the customer services.

take the appliance apart yourself, as you may damage the induction hob, and 

will invalidate the guarantee.

Before calling the customer services, please do the following:

the problem, switch off the appliance, do not try to take it apart or 

uninstall it, and call customer services helpline.
