Connect the Inputs
Internal Mode (Common Positive) is used when the trigger device has voltage
free contacts and a common positive is required. The trigger device should
be less than 25m from the I/O Expansion Board. To select Internal Positive
Mode, use two jumper links on J1 (confi gures inputs 0 to 3) or J2
(confi gures inputs 4 to 7) across the top and centre pins as shown
opposite:
Example: to wire a contact to Input 2 for Internal Mode (Common Positive):
