Installation instructions for 4 button remote control kits (NO GRAY WIRE) 4 buttons 1 function
each
TO BE USED ON 12 OR 24 VOLT DC POWER SUPPLIES ONLY
Remote Function-
SEE Figure 1 yellow wire is activated with S1, White wire is activated with S2,
Green wire is activated with S3, and Blue wire is activated with S4. Red wire is DC power supply,
Black wire is ground.
We have programmed the keychain remote to your base unit for you unless otherwise noted.. If you need
to reprogram see page 3
No more than 10 amps total at any given time can run through the receiver. We recommend the use of 6
amp diodes on the control wires to prevent any power feedback into the receiver. For higher amp uses you
must use relays... with the unit. It is recommended to wire in a on off switch on the power (red wire) of the
receiver to prevent battery drainage when the unit is not in use. . USE THEN ENCLOSED 10 AMP IN-LINE
FUSE ON THE RED POWER WIRE.THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR BURNT OUT UNITS
Tools you will need:
12vdc test light
wire connectors (varies depending on application) and or scotch locks. NOTE: use dielectric grease on all
splice connections to prevent corrosion.
Wire stripper / crimper
This kit contains the following:
1- 4 button keychain remote
1- Wireless base unit box with pigtails (and optional external antenna if ordered)
1- External antenna
1-10 amp in line fuse link
FOLLOW THESE STEPS CAREFULLY.
DC POWER ONLY
Mount unit (base unit with wiring pigtails) near equipment motor.

Run a 14 gauge wire from a 12 volt DC power supply or keyed ignition power to red terminal
2.
Connect the black wire from the base unit to the battery ground or a good ground.
3.
Connect the white wire (which is activated with lower button (B) see figure1) to the activation side
of the valve / coil… that you want to send power to activate this function.
4.
Connect the wires as described on top of page.
9. Test toggle switch and remote functions. Your control is now ready for use.
