Why is your tablet slow or frozen?
You may want to either close some of your open applica�ons or games to allow
more memory to become available on your tablet.
Click/Tap Se�ngs, Select "Backup
& reset".
Select "RESET TABLET".
Select “ERASE EVERYTHING”.
Select "Factory data reset".
Click/Tab

Hold down the APP you want to end and
move to end it (Android 8.1 move le� of
right, Android 9.0 move up or down).
