
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Some malfunctions can be easily solved. Before calling for service or a
repairer, please refer to the following table:

The beer
does not
come out.
1. The extension tube is
not inserted correctly.
2. There is no barrel of
beer in the dispenser, or no
beer in the barrel.
1. Insert the extension tube
correctly.
2. Place a new keg of beer in
the dispenser.
The beer
drawn is too
frothy, and
there is not
enough
beer.
1. The beer was not
properly poured into the
glass.
2. The temperature in the
drum is too high (the best
temperature is between
3°C and 5°C).
3. The beer barrel was
shaken before use.
4. The cask is almost
empty.
1. Open the faucet completely
and quickly. Find the best
distance between the faucet
and the glass (between ¾ and
the full height of the glass).
Check the color and
concentration of the foam: it
should be dense and
cream-colored.
2. Cool the beer to 3°C -5°C.
3. Rest the drum until the foam
disappears.
4. Place a new keg of beer in
the dispenser.
The flow of
beer is too
low.
1. The pressure in the
drum is too low.
2. Extension tube or
manual pull handle is
leaking.
1. Check the condition of the
tube.
2. Check the condition of the
manual pull handle.
