While pressing down on the
Guide Plate, to align the screw
holes, and using paper to cover
the gap to prevent the screw
falling into the chassis, refit the
long T20 screw. Do this at both
ends of the Guide Plate.
5.
Use an e-clip insertion tool, (or
pliers) to refit the e-clips over the
Gas Piston bracket. Make sure it
is fully clicked in place. Repeat at
both ends.
6.
To refit the Lid Cover, with the
OTAC at its highest level,
position the Lid Cover back on
the Guide Plate.
7.
Making sure the locating pins go
into slots on the OTAC at both
ends.
