Slide the battery compartment cover off the wireless microphone in the direction of the arrow to open
the battery compartment (19).
• If there are empty batteries in the compartment, remove them from the microphone.
• Place two 1.5 V AA batteries (see "Technical data") into the battery compartment. The correct polarity is
shown in the battery compartment.
• Slide the battery compartment cover back onto the wireless microphone in the opposite direction of the
arrow to close the battery compartment.
12. Operation
a) Wireless microphone
LCD display
Battery status indicator and other display elements
Power button
• Press and hold the power button (18) on the wireless microphone until the LCD display (16) turns on.
All display elements on the LCD display will appear briefly.
• The battery status indicator shows the remaining battery level. The transmitter channel number and the
selected transmission frequency are displayed.
• Press and hold the power button
on the wireless microphone until the LCD display turns off.
•
Turn off the wireless microphone when you are not using it to reduce battery consumption.
b) Pairing the receiver station and wireless microphone

Set all level controls on the connected audio device to zero and turn it off.
• Turn on the receiver station by pressing the
POWER
toggle switch (6) (position
I
). The LCD display (3)
turns on. The wireless channel number, transmission frequency and other channel parameters are
displayed separately on either side of the display for each audio channel (A and B).
• The audio channels can be paired in any order.
• Select the desired receiver frequency band of audio channel A or B by pressing the corresponding
UP
and
DOWN
buttons (7 or 8) or by using the receiver station. Up to 16 frequency bands can be selected for
each audio channel. The
symbol flashes if no microphone transmitter is active on the channel.
• Press and hold the power button (18) to turn the wireless microphone on.
• Press and hold the
ID.A
(4) or
ID.B
(2) button on the receiver station until the pairing symbol
flashes.
