Intended use
The Goplanet Saturn 100 is a GPS bicycle computer for professional and hobby bikers, who
like to measure and document their training data.
In this regard, the USB GPS bicycle computer Saturn 100 offers the following features:
· Direction indication via an electronic compass
- Display of the distance (route / time) to reach the next destination
- Recording the travelled route
- Speed indication (current / average / maximum)
· Route display (entire route / day‘s route)
· Calorie consumption
· Temperature indicator
The GPS receiver is

tted with a (non-removable) 820 mAh lithium ion rechargeable battery.
This facilitates operation without external power supply.
For data read-out, route planning and charging the battery, the Saturn 100 can be connected
to a free USB port on a PC.
The device is waterproof according to IPX7 and suitable for use in the free air.
The Goplanet Saturn 100 is developed solely for use during your leisure time activities. Never
use this product for industrial or professional tests.

Installation on the bike
1. Push the device mounting into the rubber cushion
2. Insert two fastening straps into the device mounting
3. Now, place the fastening straps around the handlebar of the bicycle and pull it tight.
4. Cut off the protruding sections of the fastener.
5. Now, you can push the Saturn 100 in the direction pointed by the arrow.
Getting started
a) Charging the battery
During initial operation, the rechargeable battery should be charged at
fi
rst.
To this end, connect one side of the provided USB cable to the mini USB port on the device
and insert the other end into a compatible USB port with min. 500mA output. This can be done
either via the provided USB mains adapter or a free USB interface on a PC.
Battery charging lasts about 4 - 5 hours and is signalled by the symbol .

The Saturn 100 can also be charged when turned on.
The fully charged device can be used for about 27 hours during normal operation
and when the backlight is turned off. However, the actual duration depends on the
use and ambient conditions.
b) Switch on/off
To switch the device on, press and hold the on/off key (1) for about a second.
It is recommended to place the Saturn 100 outside for approx. 15 - 20 minutes before
fi
rst use,
to ensure the GPS bicycle computer recognises all satellites.
To switch the device off, press and hold the on/off key (1) for about 3 seconds.
