
• If required, connect the low-voltage plug of the included power unit to the “DC 5V
IN” (14) socket. Connect the power unit to a normal 230V/AC 50 Hz power outlet.
• The digital recorder is activated automatically. When the operational voltage is
properly supplied, the “Power “ status LED (1) lights up green. Your display unit
will also show the start-up screen if the respective channel is selected in your dis-
play unit. The digital recorder automatically recognises if your display unit is PAL
or NTSC based.
Never remove the SD memory card from the digital recorder
before deactivating it (disconnecting the voltage) or calling the
OSD menu (On Screen Display). This can result on data loss or
system crashes / system instability.
8. Key Lock
The key lock can be activated or deactivated by pressing the “Enter” (4) and “Menu”
(7) buttons at the same time. For optical confirmation of activation of the key lock,
the “Menu/Lock” (9) LED flashes red.
