Start-up

Before start up, the machine must stand upright for two hours.

• Select an appropriate installation

location (observe the safetynotes). Do
not operate the product unattended.

• Check that the watertank is be empty

and slide it into the designated brack-
ets at the air humidifier (see pic. A).

• Unless a drainage hose is used, the

closing plug has to be examined to cor-
rectly seal the water discharge at the
bottom of the housing. The closing plug
is only removed when operating the
device with a connected water hose.

• Alternatively to the operation with the

water tank, the provided hose for drai-
nage can be used, as seen in pic. B.
The water hose connection is at the
bottom of the air dehumidifier.

When using the water drain hose, the
removed closing plug must be inserted
into the water inlet above the tank. This
ensures that water can flow off con-
stantly; complete filling and the shutoff
associated with it can be prevented.
However, in order to allow the hose
operation it is necessary to slide in the
water tank into the designated brackets,
as seen in pic. A.

• Check that the air filter is correctly catched in place in the designated holder (see Fig. C).

• Switch off the air dehumidifier by moving the „ON/OFF“ switch (2) to the OFF position.

• Plug the mains plug into a mains socket (230V~/50Hz) using an earth connector.

• Switch on the air dehumidifier by moving the „ON/OFF“ switch (2) to the ON position.

• The „status LED“ (1) lights up. The air dehumidifier is now operating.

Condensation water tank

The automatic shutdown is done if the
condensation water tank is filled with
approx. 2.4 litres. This is the case if the
filling level of image D is reached.

Once the condensation water tank is filled up:

- Status LED „Drain water tank“ (3) lights up
- The internal fan stops
- The compressor stops automatically which also stops the air dehumidification process

Empty the condensation water tank and install it in its proper position again. Subsequently, the
air dehumidifier resumes operation.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents.

The removable and cleanable filter (see pic. C) must be cleaned every now and then. To do so
remove the air filter and clean it with lukewarm water.

The condensation water tank has to be cleaned every now and then to avoid deposits of algae.

To clean the surface of the air dehumidifier, a clean, lint-free and dry antistatic cloth is sufficient.

Disposal

Electrical and electronic products do not belong in the household waste!
Please dispose of the device, when it is no longer of use, according to the
current statutory requirements.
