Display Light 

•  Press the “ON/OFF” button to switch the lighting on or off. 

    Note that the display light is turned off automatically after some time on battery power; this is to 

save power. 

 

 Permanent display lighting is possible only when you connect the supplied wall plug transformer, 
but not during battery operation.

•   When using batteries, the lighting is activated for a few seconds by brie

fl

 y pressing the “LIGHT/CHANNEL” 

button. After that the lighting will turn off automatically.

Maintenance and Cleaning

The product is maintenance-free. 
Use a clean, soft, dry cloth for cleaning the weather station and the outdoor sensor. Do not apply too much 
pressure on the casing or the glass; this can cause scratch marks.
Do not use any chemical cleaning agents, as they can discolour the plastic casing.
Check the rain sensor time and again whether the rain collection opening is covered by, e.g. leaves.

Disposal

a) Product

   Dispose of an unserviceable product in accordance with the relevant statutory regulations.

b) Normal and Rechargeable Batteries

 As end user, you are required by law (Battery Regulation) to return used batteries and rechargeable batte-
ries. Do not dispose of used batteries in the household waste!

 

 Contaminated normal / rechargeable batteries are labelled with the following symbols to indicate 
that disposal in the domestic waste is forbidden. The symbols of the relevant heavy metals are: 
Cd=Cadmium, Hg=Mercury, Pb=Lead (marked on batteries/rechargeable batteries, e.g. under 
the rubbish bin symbol shown to the left).

community, in our stores, or at places where batteries or rechargeable batteries are sold!

•   After you have made the last setting (date) and pressed the “CLOCK” button again, the setting mode is 

exited.

   The setting mode is also exited and the previous settings saved when you do not press any button for a 

few seconds.

Switching between display (of time, date, day of the week)

•   Repeatedly press the “CLOCK” button to switch between the display of time, date and day of the week. 
  Display of the date and day of the week will return automatically to time after a few seconds.

Switching between temperature displays (room / ambient temperature)

Repeatedly press and release the “LIGHT/CHANNEL” button on the top of the weather station to switch 
between the room and ambient temperature displays (room temperature = “IN” symbol to the left of the 
temperature display). 

    If more than one outdoor sensor is registered to the weather station, the display of the corre-

sponding outdoor sensor can also be selected (“Ch1”, “Ch2” and “Ch3”).

If the “

” symbol appears above the temperature display, then the display switches automatically between 

room and ambient temperatures.

Switching between temperature units °C/°F

 y press the “°C/°F” button to switch between °C (degrees Celsius) and °F (degrees Fahrenheit).

In the outdoor sensor, this button is found in the battery compartment; remove the battery compartment 
cover to turn it on.

Alarm function

a) View alarm or turn alarm function on/off.

•   Press the “ALARM” button brie

 y to display the alarm time on the display. Top right shows “AL.”

•   If you again (repeatedly, if necessary) brie

 y press the “ALARM” button you can turn the alarm on or off. 

With activated alarm function, a small bell icon appears on the right top of the display.

b) Setting the alarm

•   Press and hold the “ALARM” button, until the hours for the alarm time

 ash.

•   Set the hours for the alarm time using the “+” button (hold down the button longer for quick adjustment).

 y press the “ALARM” button, the minutes of the alarm time

•   Set the hours for the alarm time using the “+” button (hold down the button longer for quick adjustment).

c) Stopping the alarm signal

When the alarm signal is sent, press the “ALARM” button to stop it.

Perform sensor search for outdoor sensor(s)

Press and hold the “LIGHT/CHANNEL” button until a beep is heard and the channel indicator

 ashes on the 

bottom of the display of the weather station. The weather station will now perform a search for the signal of 
the available outdoor sensors, this may take several minutes.

Perform sensor search for the rain sensor

Press and hold the “SEARCH” button until a beep is heard and the rainfall display 

fl

 ashes on the display of 

the weather station. The weather station will now perform a search for the signal of the rain sensor, this may 
take several minutes.

Switching between displays of the rainfall recorded

Press the “MODE” button to toggle between the following:
“DAILY” Daily 

rainfall

“WEEKLY” Weekly 

rainfall

“MONTHLY” Monthly rainfall
“TOTAL” Total 

rainfall 

Resetting display of the rainfall recorded

•  Select at 

fi

 rst the appropriate display which you want to reset (“DAILY”, “WEEKLY”, “MONTHLY” or 

“TOTAL”) as described in “Switching between the displays of rainfall”.

•   Hold down the “MODE” button for about 3 seconds until a beep can be heard. The corresponding display 

is now reset to “0.0”.

Selecting the display unit of rainfall

 y press the “UNIT” button to toggle between the display unit “mm” and “in” (= inch).

Graphic display for temperature / rainfall

•   The bar graph on the left of the display is used to display the temperature. When the temperature rises, 

even more bars of the bar graph are displayed.

•   The rainfall display on the right of the display shows the actual rainfall graphically as a function of the 

number of raindrops.
