Assembly Instructions

Cubbi Assembly

The image above shows the format of the linking

piece without the screen supports

Irrespective of the variant the middle and separating screens are attached in the same way.

Insert the screen supports into the glides at the ends of the back or plinth units. Note that the arrow on

the support needs to point downwards. When in position the support will click into the holder in the

back/plinth.

Position the backs/plinths into the configuration required. This will be dependent on the configuration you

have chosen.

Place the aluminium workrails over the screen supports.

When joining two workrails together, they are linked by inserting joining piece between the two workrails. A

carriage bolt is then passed through the linked piece into a nut, to hold the join securely.

If the workrail is to be linked with a table then you need to ensure that the tool rail plates with pins are

inserted into the work rails before the end caps are attached. A tool rail plate must also be fitted to link

the perpendicular back/plinths. The number of tool rail plates inserted will be dependent on the table/

accessory being attached.

Connect the end caps to end of the work rails, aligning into the screen supports, these are secured using

the smaller M8 button headed bolt.
