00:0C:8B:SS:SS:SS

where SS:SS:SS is the hex value of the serial number of the unit). Note: The
MAC address
cannot
be changed, it can only be displayed.

This enables or disables DHCP support.

NOTES:
All IP addresses are entered in common IP address
notation:

where
ddd
is a decimal number
from 0 to 255.
IP address “
my_ip, server_ip, gateway_ip
and
dns_ip
” can
be entered right justified, meaning that the address
entered will be applied to the specified address starting
from the least significant digit, masked by the subnet
mask. For example:
If the subnet mask is set to
255.255.255.0
, and the
following command is entered:
net net=12.23.34.00 mip=45 sip=56 gip=67 dns_ip=89
The following IP addresses result:
the Blue Heat/Net Sync unit will be

Description:
This command saves the setting changes into the CDS in the non-volatile (flash)
memory.
Options:

update
Syntax:
update <-os | -loader | -jffs> [server_ip= | sip=] [file=]
Description:
Download and store (in flash memory) a new uClinux Operating System image
or a new Loader/SCM image. The download is conducted by a TFTP download
from a Server. After download the image file is checked as being a valid gzip
file (file is decompressed to validate its contents), and then the file is stored in
flash memory. The
OS
file is stored in flash in its compressed form, but the
Loader
is stored uncompressed.
Options:
-os | -loader | -jffs
Use
-os
to update the uClinux OS.
Use
–loader
to update the loader/SCM.
Use
–jffs
to update the JFFS system (Journaling Flash File System).
